Are these real photos of your work?
Yes, all of them. Nothing here is a stock image, and that matters more than it sounds — a great deal of pest control marketing runs on purchased photography of technicians who work for nobody, in houses that are nowhere. What you are looking at is the owner, on jobs, in this part of Wisconsin. If you hire us, this is who arrives.
Why the shoe covers?
Because we are walking through somebody’s house. It is a small thing and it is the kind of small thing that tells you what the rest of the visit will be like. Interior work means being in a kitchen, a nursery, a bedroom — treating that as somebody’s home rather than a job site is not a policy, it is just how it should be done.
Why is there so much photography of the outside of buildings?
Because that is where most problems are actually solved. The interior treatment is the visible part, but the soffit gap, the torn vent screen, the unsealed utility penetration and the frost-heaved slab edge are what let the pest in — and until those are closed you are treating the same problem again next year. Exclusion is the unglamorous half of this trade and it is the half that lasts.
Can I see written accounts of specific jobs?
Yes, and they are more useful than photographs for deciding whether to hire somebody. The case studies section takes four real jobs — a 150-bat colony, an eight-plex with years of bed bugs, an eight-foot yellowjacket nest in an attic, and a raccoon litter inside a wall — and sets out what the problem was, what was done, and how it ended, with the town named in each case.
