BugBoss The X-Terminator is a family-owned pest control and wildlife business in Clintonville, Wisconsin. This page describes what happens to information you give us through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every eventuality.

What we collect

Only what you send us. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

• Quote form submissions. The name, phone number, email address, property address and description of the problem that you type into the request form.
• Direct contact. Anything you tell us if you call 866-BUGBOSS or email office@bugbosswi.com.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies of our own. We do not build a profile of your visit, we do not sell or rent information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

The one third party

The quote form on this site is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which is the system we use to track inquiries and follow up with customers. When you submit the form, your details go to that system. The embedded form may set its own cookies and collect technical information under GoHighLevel's own privacy terms, which we do not control. If you would rather not use it, call or email instead — it reaches us exactly the same way.

Text messages

The quote form asks separately whether you consent to receive text messages. That consent is optional and you can decline and still request a quote. If you opt in, you can stop at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

How we use it

To quote your job, schedule it, do the work, and follow up about it. If you have asked us to, we may contact you about seasonal service. That is the extent of it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and customer records are kept while they are useful for servicing your property and for ordinary business and tax records. If you want your information removed, ask and we will remove what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email office@bugbosswi.com or call 866-BUGBOSS and say so — there is no process to go through.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this changes — for example if we add analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top.
